Start with a $65 consultation, by video or phone. The full amount is credited toward your order, so if you go ahead, it costs you nothing.

We learn what you are looking for, walk you through the options, and answer anything you are unsure about. No pressure and no script. It is the fastest way to know whether a custom piece is right for you before committing.

Design your piece

Together we choose every detail: texture (straight, wavy, or a steam-set curl), length, base type (tinted silk base or lace front), density, and the membrane tint matched to your scalp tone.

Texture is where we stay transparent. Our Raw pieces are the hair exactly as collected: straight to loosely wavy, nothing done to the texture. If you want a curly or kinky pattern, we set it with steam only (no chemicals) and label it Styled, not Raw. You always know which one you are getting.

Take your measurements

A piece that holds without glue depends on a precise fit. You choose the method that works for you:

On your own (free). Follow our video guide and take your head measurements yourself using what you have at home. About five minutes.

Impression Kit (included with your consultation). We ship you everything you need for a precise impression and measurements, with a step-by-step video. Because you have already booked a consultation, the kit is included at no extra cost.

Guided video call. We take your measurements together over a live video session. No guesswork, no kit to wait for.

Whichever method you choose, our team reviews the results before production starts. If anything looks off, we reach out before we build.

Pay and confirm

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Your $65 consultation fee is credited here, so you only pay the difference. You receive an email confirming your specifications and production timeline.

Approve your hairline

Before anything is built, we draw your hairline on a template and send you a visual to approve. No production starts without your sign-off. This is your guarantee that what we build is exactly what you agreed to.

Once you approve, the technical spec goes to our Cambodian workshop. Your piece is built by hand: hair implanted strand by strand into the silk base, density calibrated to look natural (finer at the temples and hairline, fuller through the crown, tapered at the nape), and air-dried at room temperature.

This step takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of your piece. Over 150 hours of work, which is what it takes to build something by hand to a single person's specifications.

Receive and verify

Before your piece ships, we run our five quality tests and film the results. You can ask to see the footage for the batch your hair came from at any time.

It arrives with tracked international delivery, ready to wear. No salon installation, no glue, no tape, no clips. The piece stays in place through fit, because it was built to your head.

It is real hair. Any stylist can cut, color, heat-style, or shape it the same way they would your own.
