After placing your order, you will receive a measurement guide with a short video walkthrough. Using a soft measuring tape, you take a series of measurements of your head at home: circumference, front to nape, ear to ear, temple to temple, and the specific contours of your hairline.

The process takes about five minutes. No salon visit required. The measurements are submitted through a simple form, and our team reviews them before production begins. If anything looks off, we will reach out to confirm before we start building.

Your piece is handcrafted in our Cambodian workshop to your exact measurements. The hair is raw and single-donor, air-dried on a stand at room temperature (no heat processing), and implanted by hand into the silk base strand by strand.

The density is calibrated to look natural: finer at the temples and hairline, fuller through the crown, tapered at the nape. This is not the uniform, doll-like density of mass-produced wigs. It is built to mimic how hair actually grows on a human head.

Production takes 4 to 6 weeks. This is the time required to build a piece by hand to a specific set of measurements. It is not a delay. It is the process.

Your piece is shipped directly to you with tracked international delivery. It arrives ready to wear. No salon installation required, no glue, no tape, no clips.

The piece stays in place through fit. Because it was built to your head measurements, it sits where it is supposed to sit and does not shift during movement. The first time you put it on, you will understand the difference between a piece that was made for you and one that was made for a size chart.

If you want professional styling (cutting layers, shaping the hairline, customizing the part), any stylist can work with the piece the same way they would work with your natural hair. The hair is real, it responds to heat, product, and cutting the way human hair does.
